How will they know that the badges were hard to get? Simple, the gift will require you to have a certain amount of high difficulty badges, determined by the 'rarity' of the badge.

The rarity of a badge is shown like this:

You will most likely need 'insane' and 'impossible' badges, the number of which we don't know. I would aim for over 100 of such badges.
