A new blog post was put up yesterday that you can find here. It gives you an overview of what's happening with this contest. But, if you don't feel like reading that all, I'll just paraphrase it for you here!
Concept
Make a LEGO set out of existing pieces, get 10,000 supporters and the official LEGO board will consider producing it into a REAL LEGO SET!
ROBLOX Contest
Create the best ROBLOX themed LEG set. It can be ANYTHING you want from ROBLOX, but try to keep it around a reasonable number of parts (i.e. 300-500). Once built, clear off a part of a desk,table, etc. and photograph it. Try to get the best quality pictures, and take pictures from different angles and distances.
What Now?
Once you've built your set, and photographed it, enter it here. Provide your ROBLOX Username, a valid email address, and the BEST photo of your set!
The Winner
The winner will be chosen after the ROBLOX staff narrows down the entries and the community votes on the winner, they'll work with the creator and submit it to LEGO. Once on LEGO Ideas, ROBLOX will try to get the idea to 10,000 supporters by telling the community to vote for it! Runners up and the winner will receive additional ROBLOX prizes.

P.S. I recommend using LDD (Lego Digital Designer) to build your project. It's fairly simple to use, and once you get the hang of it, you'll be building like a pro! Once you download it, create a new area to build, then, before you get started, go to "View" and go to "Themes" and click "LDD Extended" (it's at the top of the window)!
