August Sword Fighting Tournament 2012 Results and more.

The tournament ended a few days ago, but haven't made a post about the results. Many users participated, new and old participants. Here are the full results.

Those are the results. Congratulations to Ronald03 for winning this entire tournament! :)

Now, I'm going to announce something new. We're now having a tournament every season. We'll be having a tournament in Fall/Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Since all of these tournaments have become very popular, I decided to have more tournaments and more often. The tournament place had a name change. It is now called "RN SF Tourney: Season 1" which means this is the first season. There will be new maps for every new season. There might be a new lobby too. I will make a permanent lobby that will never change. The tournaments will now be called "Tourney" so stop calling it "tournament."

August Sword Fighting Tournament 2012 Quarter-Finals

Just like most events in the Olympics, we're in the Quarter-Finals of the tourney. Many people have fought to advance, some had their journey ended quickly. Swords flew everywhere, left and right. Only 8 participants can move on, here they are.

Also, the winners will move onto the Semi-Finals and those will take place on the same day. On August 7, it's the finale. This month will be a great one, it will be better than ever before. There will be a new lobby and new maps. There will be many obvious updates to the place. August Swordfighting Tournament Information

     Yes, you read that right, it's now time for the final tournament of 2012! In August, it's going to be different than June. It's going to be better than June. You will see many improvements to our tournament place, which can be found HERE. There will be a new host this month, I chose him because I watched him host the Final match, I have to say, it went much more smoothly than when I did it. He is our very own... Arbirator! I'll be supervising, to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. I will make an attempt to attend all of the matches.

How to sign up: 

1.) Send an email to rnplacereviews@gmail.com

2.) Make the title "ST RN Sign Up August."
2b.) If you don't make that your title, you will simply not be admitted.
3.) In the message put some of the things you've accomplished in Swordfighting. Also, some extra details about your Swordfighting skills.
3b.) No skills necessary.
4.) Also, make sure you're able to attend the matches, we had some issues with people attending in June, we don't want to experience that again. 

5.) That's it, press send and I will reply with a yes or no if you've been accepted or denied.

Rules:

1.) NO Complaining, this means no complaining about your spot.

2.) NO Cheating, this includes Cheat Engine or any other method, none of that is tolerated.
3.) NO Being bored! If you're bored, leave, your dullness is not welcome.
4.) ANY skill is tolerated.
5.) Participant MUST show up to his/her matches. Absence results in disqualification, no questions asked.

More rules may be made as we get closer to the event.

If you're planning on participating, I urge you to read these rules.

     There are consequences for breaking these rules. If you break one of those rules, you'll be kicked from the place, your name will be written down. If you break the same rule or a different rule again, you'll be banned. If a more serious offense is made, you'll be permanently banned from the place. If you are in the tournament, you'll be disqualified and banned for repeat offense, kicked for first offense.

Yes, the tournament ends a lot quicker than ever before. I can't make it any later because I have stuff to do for school. So, all of the matches will take place in the same week. I will not reschedule, if you're planning on participating, please make sure you can make it. If I don't make it on one day, it means I'm probably doing something more important, in that case, I'll reschedule.

That's it, we're done after that and we have to wait for next year's tournaments!

Roblox News June Swordighting Tournament Finale Video!

On the 13th of July, the June Sworfighting Tournament Finale occured! Both players were extremely anxious, and tension was rife in the air. As the ROBLOXians wiped sweat from their brows, they unsheathed their swords and the duel commenced.

After a long month of the tournament, we've finally decided the winner of the tournament. Before I announce the results, I'd like to thank all of the users who participated in the tournament.

June Swordfighting Tournament Finale Rescheduled!

Yes, the Final of the tournament did not happen. So, the Finale will still be on the same schedule as before. Let me repeat it for all of you. The Finale will be this Friday, at the tournament place. All times are in Pacific Standard Time.

11:30am - 12:00pm, Refreshingwater plans for the August tournament in the place.
12:00pm - 12:15pm, DSGod vs Refreshingwater 3rd/4th place match.
12:15pm - 12:30pm, Banjobug vs Dacoolman04 Final Match.
12:30pm - 1:00pm, Party.

June Sword Fighting Tournament Finale!

Yes, the June Tournament has come to an end, but we still have two more matches left! Here's the schedule for July 3, 2012! I call it "June Tournament Final Event"

At 11:30am, Refreshingwater plans for the August Tournament, this is where you can give him feedback and suggestions on the tournament in August. This will take place in the place.
At 12:00pm, we have our Final Match which is Banjobug vs Dacoolman04, it's going to be a best 5 out of 6 match, just to add more fun into the Final.
At 12:15pm, we have our 3rd/4th place match which is going to be Refreshingwater vs DSGod.
At 12:30pm, we have our ceremony crowning the champion of the tournament and also giving awards to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place competitors.
After that, we will have a party in the place, also I will interview users about how they liked the tournament.

That's it, the tournament ends and it's time to begin planning for the August Tournament! Which is still looking for entrants, send an email to rnplacereviews@gmail.com to enter the tournament. Please include your username into the email.

Hello all, this month I'm going to be planning for something fun.

I'm planning on doing two Swordfighting Tournaments this Summer. Here's a little history, I used to do these on an old account of mine, wont reveal the name. I would do a Round of 16, which consisted of 16 participants, and 8 matches. All leading up to the Finals, where a winner was crowned. The winner was given a trophy and a small Robux prize. I would do a Swordfighting Tournament monthly every Summer.
