Place Review: Kill the Courier

You noticed a few days ago that I created the first ever video place review. Well, I've now decided to do one every two weeks.

Kill the Courier ~Gun Silencers~

We're going to begin this review by criticizing this thumbnail. We see the place's title "Kill The Courier" in Red text and the text looks like it had a lot of work put into it. We also see a person holding an unusually large Sniper Rifle. He's also in a mountainous area which doesn't look like it's faced a major drought yet. Hopefully, it will. But, who is the "courier"? You'll find out very shortly when we take a look inside the unusual world of "Kill the Courier". This game was created by Brickbuilder74.

So, when we enter we approach a lobby face to face slowly awaiting another round of this game. I realized that the games are amazingly short lived. When the round starts, the game randomly picks three things "Courier", "Body Guards", and "Eliminators". You also may notice that when a round end, you experience major lag which makes this gaming experience much more harder to deal with. Now, the round has begun and we're going to be teleported to a map that no Courier wants to be in.

We'll now talk about the "Courier" rank. When you are a Courier, you are given a briefcase and must run to the end of the map before any Eliminator can kill you. The finish is marked with a large GUI called "Finish", obviously you must reach that area before getting killed by your Eliminators. So, when a Courier is killed, the round ends. When the Courier's Body Guards are killed the Courier is left alone, defenseless. When the Eliminators are killed the round ends and you win. When you reach the end, you also win and end this round.

We'll now talk about the "Body Guard" rank. When you are a Body Guard, you must defend the Courier by killing his Eliminators. The Body Guards are given one weapon and with that weapon you must shoot the Eliminators and make a small attempt on winning this game. Unfortunately for me, the Eliminators were idle, which was somehow good, but they ruined my gaming experience by a lot.

Now, the Eliminator rank. When placed as an Eliminator, you must eliminate the Courier, or the Body Guards of the Courier. Eliminators are given unusually large weapons such as unusually large Sniper Rifles. These weapons don't allow you to change your vision with the "Q" button as instructed, which impacts this game greatly. The Sniper Rifle also sometimes does not reload when forced to. Also, this Sniper Rifle is very unrealistic because it fires many bullets in just a few seconds, which is not possible with a real Sniper Rifle.

Scripting: 6/10, this game requires much more from it's creator BrickBuilder74, who claims to be an expert scripter, but he's not what he thinks he is.
Tools: 3/10, the Sniper Rifle ruined it all.
Building: 6/10, one map is not enjoyable, map available was good but needed more.
Community Enjoyment: 10/10, people enjoy this game, but fail to see the major things.
Originality: 9/10, I've seen one game like this before.
Creativity: 10/10, very creative.
Deals with Problems: 2/10, many obvious problems, you know with which weapon.
Reviewer's Experience with Lag: 0/10, lag when a new round starts = not fun.
Difficulty: 4/10, easy game.
Reviewer's Enjoyment: 0/10, I didn't enjoy this because of the obvious problems.
Reviewer's Recommendation: 0/10, I wouldn't recommend this to you.

Overall: 4/10, not the best.

  7. The owners have always stood behind their couriers and this has always impressed me. The level of professionalism they exude is exhibited in the way the couriers conduct themselves.
