Ice Dragon?

So, recently Brighteyes took a Model of a retextured version of Chrysophlax (Red Dragon), except this one is Blue and kind of looks like it is made of Ice. Many people on LMaD have been debating how much the hat will cost, the quantity of this hat, and when this hat will be coming out. Heres what their saying;

Price: 3,000 to 6,000
Quantity: 50
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): After the rally, possibly today.

    Why would you want this to come out 14 days from now Deltaforce96? Anyway, I believe that it will be after the Rally because they haven't had anything for it yet really big. I hope it isn't that expensive though... I wouldn't be able to afford it if it is over 500 bux:P Oh well.
